 How will I know when the puppies are born?

Keep checking the puppy web site. After the puppies are born, I will update the website with sex and color information for each puppy.

 Is there a deposit and how much is it?  

Yes, a $100.00 deposit is required to hold a puppy or before we will drive to deliver a puppy to you.

 When should I send the deposit?  

If you decide you want one of the puppies, email us and ask for more information.  If you decide to buy a puppy ask us for our address and mail the deposit. We accept Postal Money Orders, Personal Checks, VISA & MasterCard.

We DO NOT accept deposits until puppies are born!

First deposit received has first choice of puppy, second deposit received has second choice of puppy, etc.

 What happens with the deposit when I buy the puppy?

  Your deposit is deducted from the total amount due for the puppy.

 What happens with the deposit if I decide I do NOT want the puppy?

If there are still puppies available for sale, I will refund your deposit.

If all of the puppies are sold, then you forfeit the deposit.   I have held the puppy for YOU and this covers my additional expenses for care, shots, additional advertising, etc.

 What happens to a full payment if I decide I do NOT want the puppy?

If there are still puppies available for sale and advertising has NOT ended, I will refund your payment, minus the deposit amount, plus expenses for additional care over the deposit amount.

If all of the puppies are sold, then the deposit amount plus expenses for additional care, shots, advertising and the difference in sale prices is deducted from the full payment prior to refund.

   What are the payment terms?

In person, CASH, unless paid IN FULL with VISA & MasterCard, which MUST be processed and cleared prior to delivery (requires 2 business days).  Postal Money Orders and personal checks must be mailed and will be cashed prior to delivery.  Personal checks have a 14 day waiting period prior to delivery.

How old do puppies have to be before we can pick them up or have them shipped?

Puppies have to be 8 weeks old before I let them leave.  All puppies will have been wormed at least 3 times and they will have their 1st set of shots so I can make sure they do NOT have any reaction to the shots.

 How are puppies delivered?

If you live between Sacramento, California and Portland, Oregon, we MAY meet you halfway (on I-5 or Highway 101) to deliver puppy.  Deposit is required or full payment with VISA & MasterCard which must be processed prior to delivery OR full payment in cash.  Transportation fees may be required.

Or, I will check with the airlines about shipping the puppy to an airport near you.  The buyer pays all fees, to include, but not limited to: Health Certificates,  addition immunizations, crates, and airline shipping fees. 

Airline shipping costs is from North Bend airport, Oregon.  Due to high gas prices, if travel to Eugene airport or Portland airport is required, additional fees of $50 for Eugene or $100 for Portland will be charged.
